IS YOUR GOLD REAL?
Yes — 100%. Every piece at Diamond District is made from genuine 10K, 14K, or 18K solid gold. We never use gold plating over base metals.

WILL IT TURN MY SKIN GREEN?
No. Turning green only happens with low-quality metals or gold-plated pieces. Because we use solid gold, your skin will never turn green.

WHAT IS VVS MOISSANITE?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone nearly identical to a diamond in hardness and brilliance. VVS refers to the clarity grade — Very Very Slightly included. It is not a natural diamond but is a premium, durable alternative.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 10K, 14K, AND 18K?
10K = 41.7% gold — most durable, most affordable. 14K = 58.3% gold — sweet spot for jewelry. 18K = 75% gold — most luxurious.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

WHAT DOES THE LIFETIME WARRANTY COVER?
Manufacturing defects, broken clasps, loose stones, and structural damage under normal wear. Contact us with photos and your order number.
